Printing calendar data is very easy and contains an option to choose date range for printing notes. Private notes are showed as generic text reminder and invisible notes are not showed at all.
You can set every note to normal, invisible or private desktop view. If interactive desktop option is enabled, the tool accepts clicks on dates, tasks and notes displayed on the desktop. An alarm can be standalone or connected to a note. Recurrence modes are available for both alarms and notes. There are options for customizing calendar icons, colors and fonts, marking weekdays of choice and marking the dates with notes and alarms. The program can merge with Outlook to show its tasks and appointments on the desktop. You can sort your data in layers and share them with other users on a local area network.
